Are your medical practitioners educated?

All our nurses are master educated and certified with many years of experience and our specialist is educated in dermatology.

Do you use the latest techniques on the market and do you attend courses?

We use the best products available in the industry, and we keep constantly updated by attending courses and exhibitions worldwide – so we can get the latest techniques.

Has The Board for Patient Safety approved you?

Inviocare is registered and approved by the Board of Patient Safety without remarks. This testifies to a high-level health care level.

How do I know the prices of the treatments?

See all our prices on our website here. All prices are in DKK and incl. vat. If you have questions about a particular treatment please call us or send an email to cph@inviocare.com.

Do you have other clinics than in Copenhagen?

For the moment we only have a clinic in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What treatments do you offer?
Should I book a consultation?

In order to get the best results, we always recommend that you book a free consultation at the clinic.
For your first Botox or filler treatment at Inviocare, you must have a free consultation before. It is also a legal requirement that you have 48 hours to reflect before the treatment itself.

I have received filler and Botox treatments at another clinic - should I still book a consultation with Inviocare?

It is a legal requirement that you have a consultation before a treatment at a clinic where you have not previously received a filler or Botox treatment. Book your free consultation online here – remember that there is 48 hours of reflection time before the treatment itself.

How do I get info about your campaigns and offers?

We recommend all our customers to sign up for our newsletter – to get access to promotions, events and other great info. Sign up here

Which brands do you use?

We use Botox for wrinkle treatments and Juvéderm for filler treatments. We use ZO Skin Health for peels.

I would like to buy the products from ZO Skin Health but I do not live in Copenhagen - can I get them?

We are happy to send ZO products to customers throughout the country. We ship as a package and the shipping cost is DKK 60, -. Contact us regarding your purchase by e-mail to cph@inviocare.com and we can agree more closely.

What is a CoolTech fat freeze?

CoolTech is a fat-reducing treatment for the body with a permanent result. CoolTech technology uses so-called cryolipolysis, which means that the fat cells are frozen by means of a controlled cooling system to achieve a total reduction of fat cells. I can't book online on the booking page. What do I do?

We have experienced that some browser versions cannot display our booking module on our booking page. If you experience this problem, we recommend that you try to make a booking from another browser. We have not experienced any issues from Chrome, Explorer, and Safari.

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of absence or cancellation later than 24 hours prior a treatment a fee of DKK 600,- will be charged.

Can I regret my purchase?

We do not refund money for prepaid treatments or products purchased at the clinic. However, we offer 30 days to cancel your purchase and then we offer a voucher that can be used for other treatments or products at the clinic.
